Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Ronai Labs mobile app, website, and related services provided by Ronai Labs.

These terms are written for live consumer use and are intended to align with major app-store platform requirements.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Ronai Labs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction. If minimum age rules apply under local law, you may use the service only if you meet those requirements and, where necessary, have valid parental or guardian authorization.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless prohibited by law.
  • You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

4. Subscription and payment terms

Ronai Labs may offer free and paid features, including subscriptions or premium access.

  • Pricing, billing cycle, features, and renewal terms will be presented at the point of purchase.
  • Payments may be processed by third-party app stores or payment providers.
  • Renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes may be governed by the terms of the payment platform you used.
  • We may change pricing or plan features in the future, subject to applicable law and platform rules.

5. AI and content disclaimer

Ronai Labs includes AI-generated responses. AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, biased, or otherwise unsuitable for a particular purpose.

  • The service is provided for general informational and entertainment use unless otherwise stated.
  • AI-generated content is not professional advice and should not be relied on as legal, medical, financial, mental health, or other regulated advice.
  • We do not guarantee that AI outputs will always be accurate, safe, or appropriate.

6. User-generated content

You may submit prompts, profile content, preferences, feedback, or other content through the service. You retain rights you may have in your content, but you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and use that content as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, improve, and provide the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

7. User conduct rules

You agree not to misuse the service. Without limitation, you must not:

  • use the service in a way that violates law or infringes the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • upload or transmit harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content;
  • reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service except where prohibited by law;
  • use the service to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or unlawful content;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

8. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, and other elements, is owned by or licensed to Ronai Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

9. Google Play and platform compliance

If you download our Android app through Google Play, you agree to comply with applicable Google Play policies and any Android platform rules that apply to your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

  • Subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds for Google Play purchases are generally handled under Google Play billing rules.
  • In-app content and account behavior may be moderated to enforce platform safety requirements and prevent abuse.
  • Where Google Play requires specific disclosures or in-app controls, those controls form part of the service experience.

10. Third-party services

The service may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication providers, analytics providers, payment processors, app stores, hosting platforms, and support tools. We are not responsible for third-party products or services except as required by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or harm, or if continued access is no longer commercially or technically feasible. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronai Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law and, where applicable, to the amount paid by you for the service during the 12-month period before the event giving rise to the claim, unless local law requires a different standard.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ronai Labs from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware will have exclusive or non-exclusive jurisdiction, as required by your legal review and applicable consumer law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the app, website, or by other appropriate means. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where law requires additional consent.
